About Puppy School Mid Cheshire

I have been a Puppy School tutor in Cheshire since 2013 and I am also a registered Animal Training Instructor with the Animal Behaviour Training Council (ABTC).
It was my first puppy, Amber, that sparked my passion for dogs and encouraged my journey towards becoming a Puppy School tutor. Amber attended Puppy School classes when young, and it was experiencing this course first hand that made me realise how hugely beneficial it is for young puppies to get the correct start in life. Adequate socialisation, habituation and basic training ensures puppies grow up to be happy and confident adult dogs. Reward based learning helps build a lifelong relationship with your new family member and I am passionate about helping you to achieve your own success in owning a wonderful well-balanced dog.

Hi! My name is James and I've been working with dogs now for 7 years. I'm canine first aid trained and a qualified dog trainer.
I think, live and breathe all things dogs - just ask my border collie, Martha! She inspired me to learn as much as I possibly can about dogs, so I can give her the best life possible.
I am extemely passionate about reward based training. I'll be here to train, give advice and reassure you. Together we will set you and your pup up for an amazing life together.
